About (rules)
First here are some details about Mariel… from what I’ve read and heard about women and baby showers it should be no surprise to anyone that Mariel is not your average woman.
She is not interested in amassing a huge amount of “stuff” and after some long pestering she has agreed to accept gifts that weren’t just ‘diapers’ and ‘formula’.
There are some Rules…
Rule #1: There will be no phone call of thanks on the day of opening the present. Actually we may just assign a day to do all the calls. It would be best if you just checked back here to see how much Mariel enjoyed your gift.
Rule #2: There’s really no other rules… just that more rules may be added to remove any chance of Mariel feeling obligated to do ’something’ after she gets home from work and is forced to open a gift
